Our Story
April and Crystal know firsthand the endless demands of mom life.
April is mom to a daughter with Congenital Neutropenia, and Crystal is mom to a son with Benign Hereditary Chorea. They understand the unique challenges that come with caring for a child with lifelong health concerns.
That’s why their hearts are to offer moms a much-needed breather—a peaceful space to experience REST through Replenishment, Encouragement, Silence, and Tranquility.
Through refreshment retreats, moms will feel free to set aside their daily responsibilities and simply breathe because…
a mom’s wellbeing isn’t an indulgence —
IT’S AN INVESTMENT!

Our Mission
Breathe In Ministries, a Christian non-profit organization, exists to follow Jesus’ invitation to “Come away with Him and REST” (Mark 6:31).
We create sacred spaces for moms with caregiving challenges to experience Replenishment, Encouragement, Silence, and Tranquility, affirming their well-being matters too!
Our Vision
To see every mom with caregiving challenges embraced, refreshed, and restored, body, mind, and spirit, through the love of Christ.
